The members of the World Student Organizing Committee would like to thank everyone who attended the 2005 e-ducation Without Borders International Student Conference. We are very excited to say that over 1,000 delegates from 89 countries attended – a new record. Your active and enthusiastic participation made the event a resounding success! Whether it was the welcome evening for student delegates or the exciting keynote presentations featuring world renowned speakers and top international academics, this was a conference like no other! With a plethora of debates, technical demonstrations and international student presentations, as well as cultural events like the awesome opera in the desert evening and the gala dinner, we think we succeeded in creating a conference structure that was both comprehensive and cohesive. Student organized and student focused, all delegates were given the chance not only to listen, but to contribute and discuss.
